CRM Welcomes Fred Smith

It is my great pleasure to announce that Fred Smith has joined Credit Risk Management and our newest division, IntegResolve, in the key position of Senior Executive Director of Operations.

Fred started his career in the Debt Recovery industry in Toronto twenty years ago and brings extensive collections, management and technology innovation experience to Credit Risk Management.

Fred became the Senior Manager of one of Canada's Largest Telecommunications Providers - Rogers Communications - in 1989. During this time, Fred was instrumental in developing debt recovery strategies and credit adjudication processes. In 1997 Fred became the National Operations Manager responsible for Workforce Management and Telephony. During his time as National Operations Manager, Fred was responsible for many operational improvements including the conversion of the Rogers Telephony platform to Avaya (IVR / PBX call flows) which spanned over 3 years and 6 sites.

Fred has served in a number of increasingly Senior Management positions such as National Director of Operations and Regional Vice President. Fred has been successful in building client relationships, reengineering debt recovery practices, audit, compliance procedures and introducing new technology solutions.

Fred was impressed with CRM's unique culture and consistently strong performance for national clients and saw an opportunity to play a significant role with a long standing industry leader with significant growth plans. Fred will not only have a key role in managing ongoing operations for CRM but will also utilize his considerable call centre experience to lead the launch and growth of the new division, IntegResolve, which focuses on providing first party solutions to national clients.
